Please click the link below to access the Non-Resident Transfer Application.  The application must be completed and returned to the appropriate building.  Grades K-5 will be the Churubusco Elementary School and grade 6-12 will be the Churubusco Jr-Sr High School.  Applications may be emailed to Corey Sexton at the Elementary School and Angie Glick at the Jr-Sr High School.
