We wanted to share that the BoardDocs platform which has been used for board agendas is being discontinued. Its replacement will be the Diligent Community platform. The July 21 meeting will be the first meeting using this new platform. Also, as of July 1, 2025, board meetings will be video recorded; this too will take place at the July meeting.
To access the new platform, select the Board Agendas button at the top of our website. Then select Board Meeting Agendas & Minutes on the left. Welcome to Diligent Community! Here you may access board meeting information. You also have the option to "Subscribe" where anyone can sign up to receive updates about meetings.
