CJSHS successfully conducted a school-wide lockdown safety drill today. We are required by state law to conduct these drills each year. If you were near the building during our drill, you would have noticed an increased presence of local law enforcement. We invited our local police department to be a part of our drill to observe our procedures, and offer their support.
The purpose of today’s safety drill was to make sure our students and staff know how best to keep themselves as safe as possible in the event of an emergency.
Parents and guardians received a voice message and an email with this information immediately after the drill ended.
