SGCS will be offering meals, free of charge, for all SGCS students while our school district is closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Each week, 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches will be provided per student who participates. These meals will be organized and prepared by our food service staff. The meals will be items that do not require preparation, such as sandwiches and pre-packaged foods; some items, such as milk, will need to be refrigerated.
This week, meals will be available for pickup on Wednesday, March 18th, from 4:30-6:30pm at door 22 in the back of the school. Starting on Monday, March 23, meals will be available for pickup on Mondays from 4:30-6:30pm. This program will continue every week while school is closed, including during spring break. If you would like to participate in this program, but are unable to pick up meals due to your individual situation, please contact your child's school so that other arrangements can be made.
